NVkids Australia offers a 14 days Return and Exchange policy.
If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may request an exchange or Returns Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return and exchange requests are subject to review first.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
At the time of review, NV Kids may opt to provide a credit instead of a return or exchange.
If you are to return any items by mail, you will be required to pay for shipping costs incurred by you. NV Kids will not reimburse nor provide any credits relating to postage or shipping costs incurred by you.
Additional shipping costs may incur when re-shipping exchanged items.
No refunds on sale items. Only store credit or exchange is available.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
- We may not do Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return. Please chat with us to see how we can assist.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about the purchase. However, please contact us as we are more than happy to try and help.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
